Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Methods
PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal, the booking amount will be charged immediately. Please note that PayPal fees will be deducted both from the initial payment and from any refunds. These fees amount to 3.4% of the total amount + €0.35 per transaction and may vary depending on updates or changes applied by PayPal.
Credit Card as Guarantee: Providing a credit card as a guarantee means that no charge will be made until the deadline established by the selected rate. The cancellation conditions will vary depending on the type of rate.
2. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate (7 Days)

Free Cancellation: Possible up to 7 days before the check-in date.
After 7 Days: If canceled beyond this deadline, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Note: For PayPal payments, transaction fees will not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Rate

10% Discount: This rate offers a promotional price with a 10% discount.
Payment & Cancellation: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. For PayPal payments, transaction fees remain applicable.
Refundable Rate

Full Refund: Possible according to the specific terms of the chosen rate.
Service Fees: Any service fees related to the payment method (e.g., PayPal fees) will be deducted and are non-refundable. For credit card payments, no additional fees will apply unless the free cancellation period is exceeded.
3. General Policies
Check-in: Available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, prior notice is required.
Check-out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM on the departure day.
Breakfast: Included in the rate, served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Upon request, the times can be adjusted:
Summer period: Early breakfast at 7:00 AM is free of charge; before 7:00 AM, there is an extra fee of €7 per person; for requests before 6:00 AM, a free lunch packet will be provided.
Winter period: Breakfast before 8:00 AM is available for an extra fee of €7 per person; for requests before 7:00 AM, a free lunch packet will be provided.
Smoking & Pets: Smoking is not allowed in any area of the property. Pets are not permitted.
Improper Use of the Property: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property and for any necessary repair costs. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Guesthouse is not responsible for:

Any damage, loss, or theft suffered by guests during their stay.
Inconveniences caused by force majeure events, such as adverse weather conditions, interruptions of public services, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to this contract will be under the jurisdiction of the court of Bolzano.

6. Early Termination of the Contract
In case of early departure before the scheduled check-out date, the amount paid will not be refunded.

7. Privacy & Data Security
All data provided during the booking process will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR).
